Удаление данных пользователя
Оператор данных — ТОО «FlaconGroup» (бренд Flacon Group). Вы можете запросить удаление данных, которые мы получили о вас через Instagram.
Как запросить
- Напишите нам в Instagram Direct на аккаунт @flacongroup.kz сообщение со словом «удаление данных» и укажите ваш аккаунт Instagram.
- Мы удалим относящиеся к вам данные из нашей CRM в течение 30 дней и подтвердим удаление.
Никаких дополнительных сведений для этого не требуется — достаточно обращения с того же аккаунта Instagram. Также можно написать на e-mail info@flacongroup.com.
User Data Deletion
Data controller — FlaconGroup LLP (brand Flacon Group). You can request deletion of the data we received about you through Instagram.
How to request
- Send a message with the words "data deletion" to our Instagram Direct account @flacongroup.kz and include your Instagram account.
- We will delete the data relating to you from our CRM within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
No additional information is required — a request from the same Instagram account is enough. You can also email info@flacongroup.com.
